NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE MARINE
CORPS
The following pictures are
of YN-19 on static display at the National Museum Of The Marine Corps located in
Quantico VA. The display was for our Vietnam reunion that was held in
Washington DC. Many of the 1400 visitors were
Marines who either worked or flew on YN-19 during her 6 years (1963-69) in
Vietnam. We flew the chopper in
at 0:800 Aug. 14 and departed at 0:800 Aug. 17, 2008. The following
pictures are of our approach to land and our departure.
Here is a
video link taken by
John Beeman of our departure on Aug.17, 2008
