Dates on the Post cards are misleading. Thursday April 5th is a travel day.
Friday April 6th scheduled events.
Saturday April 7th goodbyes and departure.

Room Reservations can only be made by Alan Weiss if you want our special rate. If you have Guests that would like to attend please have them call me for room rates and mail me a deposit of $100.00. Please mail your check to the address listed below.
Rooms will be available Thursday and Friday nights Please notify Alan Weiss (C) 631-827-5526 (H) 631-734-5216 if you need rooms for 2 nights and also your meal choice by March 23,
Each hotel room has Free internet, TV, Microwave and Refrigerator.
Hotel has a Bar, Lounge and on site Restaurant, Outdoor Pool and Fitness room.
We will have a Meeting Room available Thursday & Friday please stop by and say hello.
THE HOTEL WILL TAKE AWAY ANY ROOMS THAT I HAVE NOT RESERVED by March 23,
SCHEDULED EVENTS
Friday April 6, 2018 Everyone will meet at the Main Entrance to the Museum 9:45 AM. From there we will proceed to the Volunteer Plaque for PICTURES at 1000 (10 AM).
LUNCH can be purchased at the Tun Tavern located at the museum or a local restaurant in town.
Helicopter Ceremony next to YN-19 inside the museum 1300 (1 PM) DINNER at the Quantico Marine Corps League time 1700 (5 to 8 PM)
This will be a Home Style Cooked Meal.
Dinner Choices are Steak (Ribeye) Bake Chicken or Fish (Whiting or Cod) served with a salad, Potato au gratin, Green beans and Desert Pineapple upside down cake. I will need to know your MEAL Choice ASAP or with your deposit check. Saturday April 7 There will be free breakfast for 2 per room. There we can say our goodbyes and head home after breakfast.
